  On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the fridge and blowdryer in the room was handy, there was a simple breakfast, and the location is convenient. On the negative side, the building is old with a creaky floor and an unstable toilet in the bathroom, the hotel-provided guide listed cable tv stations they didn't have, and the neighborhood is run down. It was ok for a business-like overnight.
